I joined Snowcastle at the very end of the development of Earthlock: Festival of Magic. My role in the beginning was mostly focused on UI asset creation and implementation, but quickly grew into both level design and system balancing.

In the re-release named Earthlock my focus shifted over to game design.

Quest Design

  • Updated several quests to improve their flow and experience

  • Added new quests that tied into new gameplay features and puzzles

  • Added suitable rewards to quest lines

Narrative Design

  • Updated old narrative to be better understood by the players

  • Added new narrative with quest lines and lore

  • Wrote dialogue for new and existing characters

  • Created recipes for craftable weapons and balanced the accquisition of them
